What size of tent do we require for my guests? |
| |
|
| |
The size of the tent really depends on the function. A general guideline is 15 sq. ft. per person for a round table sit-down dinner, 12 sq. ft. per person for a buffet style dinner and 8 sq. ft. per person for ceremonial or theatre style set up. These are only general formulas and it is recommended that you contact All Occasion Tent Rentals to determine sizes best suited for your requirements. |

What is the difference between a frame tent and a pole tent? |
| |
|
| |
A frame tent is self-supported and requires no centre poles or guy ropes. A pole tent contains one or more centre poles that may require up to 5 feet around its perimeter in order to secure the tent. |

What is included in the price of the tent? |
| |
|
| |
The cost of the tent is based on grass installation and includes complete set-up and remove of the tent over an approximate 48-hour period (72 for weddings). The rate for a weekly rental is based on Monday-to-Monday rental (one Saturday only). Please call for other rental period rates or for a free no obligation quotation. |

| |
|
| |
As most functions occur on weekends, and weddings are usually booked many months in advance, it is recommended you reserve as early as possible. However, even at short notice we will do our best to accommodate our customers whenever possible. |
